Level 1, Letters on Staff.
Students write on the staff the letters and dashes of the same songs they have played in
Let's Sing and Play, then play the songs from what they have written. Teacher models each sequenced step.
Level 2, Notes on Staff.
Students exchange the letters and dashes in their
Let's Sing and Play songs for standard rhythm symbols (notes). Then they place the notes on the staff to show their pitch, playing again what they have written.
